Trash pickup is twice a week in the Brentwood Park community. The city provides trash cans for every resident in the form of large black plastic cans. Your trash must be placed by the curb before 8am if you would like it to be picked up. After pickup your trash can must be place near your home, out of view. Billing for trash pickup is billed to each residence individually.

The Brentwood Park website is a means of keeping up with the news and events in our neighborhood. Need alterations or additions made to your home? Now all the documents can be downloaded from the “documents” page. Need access to your HOA? Now there is a simple email address to communicate directly with the HOA President, or the Management Company. Our new website is meant to be updated monthly.
